Delete your Focalign account

This page covers the Focalign app, developed by Juarvis Innovations, LLC. There are two ways to delete your account.

Option 1: Delete it in the app

1. Open Focalign and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Read the confirmation and confirm. Deletion happens right away and cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

If you’ve uninstalled the app or can’t sign in, email us and we’ll delete the account for you:

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your sign-in account (your email address, your hashed password if you used one, and any Apple or Google sign-in link) and everything stored with it on our servers:

• Projects, tasks, and subtasks
• Project notes and quick-capture (“Forget-Me-Not”) notes
• Calendar events
• Cores (your organizational labels)
• Your Scratch Pad text
• Your settings (time zone, theme preference, and which tutorials you’ve seen)

Data stored only on your own device, such as Focus Lock preferences on iOS, is not on our servers; uninstalling the app removes it from your device.

What we may keep

We may retain limited information where we’re required to for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Standard server request logs kept by our hosting and authentication providers are not tied to your account content and are retained under those providers’ own schedules. If you signed in with Apple or Google

Deleting your Focalign account removes our copy of your data. You can also remove Focalign’s access from your Apple or Google account directly: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple; for Google, your Google Account’s security settings under third-party access.
